Jim brings extensive experience in the energy sector, specializing in the creation, structuring, and management of transactions and companies. He played a key role in developing and listing two public companies on the London Stock Exchange and founded Masefield AG, a globally active energy company trading fossil fuels and biofuels.

With 15+ years of experience in trading, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, Neville bridges fossil fuels and renewables. As Managing Director at Ambrian Energy, he drives strategy in biofuels and emissions trading. Previously, as Head of Renewables at Rosneft Deutschland, he led biofuels trading, sustainability initiatives, and compliance. His expertise spans commodity trading, logistics, and market development in the evolving low-carbon economy.
